As an experienced educator with a strong focus on personal development and wellness, I have spent the last 18 years honing a deep understanding of the vital role self-care plays in every individual's life.


I am an award-winning Filipino American musician, author & holistic healer/coach versed in vinyasa yoga, holistic healing based on traditional Chinese & Tibetan medicine and Nichiren Buddhism, dedicated to modeling longevity through my own lifestyle medicine.


I overcame acute sciatica in just 2 weeks after by doing my first detox at the age of 30 under the guidance of Master Wang, a master of Chinese/Tibetan medicine practices, dating to over 5,000 years. This same ancient practice I learned 18 years ago, I now pass on to my students.


With my own unique lifestyle medicine practices, I broke the generational cycle of food-related illnesses like diabetes and heart disease in family, with hopes to empower others to do the same. Lead the way!


I cultivated "Self-Care Blueprint: Become Your Own Healer" that has now dramatically transformed the health of 100% of all of my clients, healing eczema, asthma, colitis, endometriosis, neuropathy and more from my custom 1:1 detoxes.

My motivation for this course is that self-care should be accessible and personalized, a guiding principle that resonates within every lesson of this course.
